First of the Scottish 5min Triathlon series of 2016. Covering all three kettlebell sport lifts (jerk, snatch & long cycle) but in 5 min sets, lifters have the opportunity to compete in any or all lifts and also in singles or doubles (for jerk and long cycle) as they chose.
This is the perfect opportunity to get a taste of the sport if you have never competed before, or similarly to try your hand at a different kettlebell weight or event if you are a seasoned lifter! All are welcome.
This will be a friendly event, hopefully keeping it fun for everyone, but prizes will be awarded for the top lifters in both beginner and advanced divisions and everyone will receive a certificate detailing their reps and achievement on the day.
