Strength & Conditioning

Our Strength & Conditioning class is designed to help you develop your overall muscular strength and power. Whether you want to lose fat or build muscle working incorporating some strength work into your training can help you reach your goals!

In the classes we work on the classic barbel lifts: Deadlift, bench and Squat, and also the Olympic lifts (cleans and jerk & snatch), we also incorporate other barbell and bodyweight training in order to provide you with the best all-round training. The classes follow a structured plan and by keeping class sizes small (max 8 people) this can be individualised according to your skill level and ability.

Suitable for all levels, if you've never lifted weights before this small group training is a fun, supportive and welcoming environment in which to learn, or if you have and wish to develop your skills it provides a structured and personalised approach in order to give you the best progress.

30min class using your own bodyweight for a challenging workout. Great for the core and all round strength!

60min class which focuses on building strength and power. Mixture of barbel lifts, kettlebell and bodyweight training. Learn and develop your skills in deadlift, squat, bench.
