Cardio Club

Looking to boost your fitness, join us for a short group run session.
Meet at the studio, run to your own pace and ability, routes vary between 2-5km. You have the option too to utilise the Studio's heart rate monitoring system (with readouts of route, max & average heart rate and estimated calorie burn) for more detailed feedback on your progress.

30min class using your own bodyweight for a challenging workout. Great for the core and all round strength!

60min class which focuses on building strength and power. Mixture of barbel lifts, kettlebell and bodyweight training. Learn and develop your skills in deadlift, squat, bench.
